RK3568 Industrial Gateway Control Board Development
Custom PCB design, layout, Linux porting, device-driver development and application software for networked industrial device control, multi-sensor data acquisition and display integration.

Project context
One control platform for connected equipment, sensors and display.
The board was developed as an RK3568 BTB industrial control and gateway platform. Its job was to connect and control multiple devices, collect data from multiple sensors and support a display-oriented operating workflow. This public account is intentionally limited to facts and photographs approved for disclosure.
SYANKOR scope
RK3568 industrial gateway development across board, Linux and application layers.
Hardware PCB design
Carrier-board architecture, schematic work, component integration and production-oriented PCB deliverables.
PCB layout
Physical implementation of the board, including routing and assembly-ready layout work for the agreed interfaces.
Linux porting
Board bring-up and Linux adaptation for the custom hardware platform.
Device drivers
Driver work required to connect the board to the agreed peripherals, sensors and controlled equipment.
Business application
On-device application software for the industrial control and data-acquisition workflow.
PC-side software
Supporting host software was delivered, but its user interface and implementation are not shown publicly.
Documentary evidence
The physical board, shown without a fabricated context.
These are processed derivatives of owner-supplied photographs. Processing was limited to crop, tonal correction, sharpening and WebP compression. No component, label or scene was generated or reconstructed.

Deliverables
Production files and source code for the agreed scope.
PCBA production package
The engineering handover included the agreed PCBA production files. Confidential electrical details are not published.
Source-code handover
Source code for the agreed Linux, driver and application scope was delivered. No source or private repository is exposed on this page.
Capability boundary
Direct engineering ownership, with specialist production partners where needed.
SYANKOR directly delivers Linux and driver work, application, web/cloud/backend software, and conventional hardware and firmware engineering. Mechanical enclosures, hand rework, fixtures, complete-product assembly, packaging and international logistics may be coordinated through approved specialist partners. Any facility visit involving a partner is described as an approved manufacturing partner facility, not as a SYANKOR-owned factory. High-voltage work is outside scope; laser, optical and special-radio work requires an appropriate specialist partner.
Commercial engagement
A clear RFQ path from initial fit to paid engineering.
Initial assessment and NRE
We offer a time-bounded, high-level initial fit assessment at no charge. Detailed investigation, architecture and solution work are paid engineering. NRE is quoted separately.
Samples and production quantity
Sample pricing may include PCB, BOM, assembly, testing, expected loss, logistics and a reasonable margin. The typical production MOQ is 2,000 units; samples and pilot builds are not subject to that production MOQ.
Payment and quotation validity
Projects use milestone payments. New customers normally pay by T/T via SWIFT; L/C may be discussed for large orders. Open-account credit is not the default. Indicative validity is 14 days for NRE, 7 days for BOM pricing and 24 hours for scarce spot stock; the formal quotation controls.
Shipping terms
Samples are normally quoted DAP named destination and volume production FCA Shenzhen, with the named place and Incoterms 2020 rule stated in the quotation. DDP is not the default.
Materials, changes and cancellation
Customer-supplied materials are accepted subject to incoming inspection, agreed loss allowance and responsibility boundaries; full procurement is also available. Requirement changes use a Change Request. Cancellation settles completed milestones, work in progress, NCNR material and third-party costs.
Support and quality
Engineering deliverables include a 90-day defect-correction window. Sample support is normally 30–90 days. Production PCBA manufacturing-quality coverage may extend to 12 months subject to the formal quotation and exclusions. In-warranty issues may use RMA; annual volume of at least 10,000 units can support a dedicated SLA, spares and failure analysis.
NDA is available. Commercial terms are indicative and are superseded by the signed statement of work and formal quotation.
